Several setting can impact the ammount of power required.
First turning silk touch on will multiply the power needed by 6
Also any radius setting above 10 will start to increase the power requirement. This scales decently and ends at double the power requirement at max radius of 32.
Examples
Base Digi miner(radius 10 or less), no silk touch = 2,800 rf/t
Base Digi miner(radius 10 or less), silk touch = 16,800 rf/t
Base Digi miner(radius 32), silk touch = 33,600 rf/t
